Chancel Choir

The Chancel Choir provides the mainstay of musical offerings, singing all but one Sunday each month and at special observances throughout the Christian calendar.

In addition to providing anthems in a variety of styles seeking to complement the Scripture readings or liturgical occasion, this group offers several major works each year, usually with full instrumental accompaniment.

Past musical services have included Buxtehude's Magnificat, Vivaldi's Gloria in D, several Bach cantatas ("Savior of the Nations, Come," "For Unto Us a Child is Born"), Saint-Saens's Christmas Oratorio, and Fauré's Requiem.

Singers aged 14 through adult are welcome.
